נְטִישָׁה, (נָטַשׁ) renunciation, giving up. Y. Peah VI, beg. 19ᵇ (ref. to Ex. XXIII, 11) יש לך נ׳ אחרת כזו there is another resignation like this (הֶפְקֵר). Ib. נ׳ מיעוט וכ׳ the superfluous ונטשתה (Ex. l. c.) intimates a limitation: this you must resign indiscriminately for the benefit of the poor or of the rich, but &c.
