טְפִיחַ I טְפִיחַ I m. (טָפַח II, v. טָפִי) 1) pitcher for drawing water for drinking or hand-washing. Sabb. XVII, 6 (125ᵇ), v. זְמוֹרָה. Sabb. XXIV, 5, v. פָּקַק. B. Bath. 63ᵃ ‘give him a share in my well לט׳ Ms. M. a. Rashb. (ed. לטפיחי, corr. acc.; Ms. F. לטַפְיָא, cmp. טָפִי) for the pitcher’, i.e. for drinking purposes. Tosef. Ber. IV, 11 [read as] Yoma 30ᵃ ומחזיר הט׳ על האורחים (v.
