שַׁחֲצָנִית, (preced.) loving display, vain.—Pl. שַׁחֲצָנִיּוֹת. Y. Sabb. VI, 7ᵈ ע"י שהנשים ש׳ והיא מתרתן וכ׳ because women like display, and one might untie them (those ornaments, to show them) to their neighbors, and in forgetfulness walk with them &c.
