Sabb. VII, 9ᵈ sq. המְפַעְפֵּעַ גושים he that crushes clods. —2) to spread; to pierce, penetrate. Y. Orl. I, 61ᵃ השרשים מְפַעְפְּעִין אותו the roots pierce it (the pot). B.
