IV, end, 55ᶜ לית את כ׳ thou shalt not harvest; a. fr. —2) (cmp. גבב) to rake together, to sweep. B. Mets. 85ᵃ קכַנְשָׁא ביתא Ms. M. (v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note) was sweeping the house. Ḥull. 60ᵃ אתא … כַּנְשֵׁיה לימא a blast of wind came and swept it (the store of provision) into the sea.
