XXI, 27ᵃ) (כלור׳) כלירכין to appoint chiliarchs; [Lam. R., introd. (R. Josh. 2) פלימרכים, v. פּוֹלִימַרְכוֹס.]—Sifré Deut. 317 (expl. כרים, Deut. XXXII, 14) אלו כאליריקין שלהם (ed. Fr. כליסריקים, corr. acc.) this refers to their (the Roman) chiliarchs; Yalk. Deut. 944 כלירקין.
