זַרְזִיר II, (Syr. זרזירא P. Sm. 1156, Ar. zurzur; prob. fr. זור to circle) starling, also (collect.) flock of starlings. Ḥull. 62ᵃ להביא את הז׳ (Sifra Sh’mini, Par. 3, ch.
