IV, 4 אין אונאה לת׳ the law of overreaching (אוֹנָאָה) does not apply to a merchant, opp. הדיוט a private person; expl. ib. 51ᵃ בת׳ ספסר, v. סַפְסָר; ib. מאי אין לת׳ אונאה אינו וכ׳ ‘onaah does not apply to a merchant’ means, that the regulations concerning onaah do not apply to him, and he may withdraw from the purchase even if the difference is less than the law prescribes.
