רְתַחְתָּה, (preced. wds.) boiling pot; מעשה ר׳ a cooked dish. Ned. VI, 2 (49ᵃ) הנודר ממעשה קדרה אינו אסור אלא ממ׳ ר׳ (Rashi רְתַחְתָּא) if a person vows abstinence from ‘what is made in a pot’, he is forbidden only boiled dishes; Y. ib. 39ᶜ bot. רותחנה (corr. acc.).
