קָרִיד, (קרד; cmp. גְּרִיד) (a pot) covered with a crust formed of hardened sediments. Ab. Zar. 76ᵃ האי ק׳ והאי לא ק׳ (Ms. M. קריר, cmp. גָּרַד a. גָּרַר) the one (a vessel taken from gentiles) has crusty accretions, the other (a sacred vessel) has none.
