Pes. 55ᵇ פַּסְדָא לה ביעי לגמרי she (the hatching hen) has spoiled the eggs entirely (made them unfit to be eaten).—Part. pass. פָּסֵיד. Ib. אכתי לא פְסֵידֵי ביעי וכ׳ (Ms. M. פסיד לה ביעא; Ms. K. לא פַסְדָּה לה) the eggs are not yet entirely spoiled.
