עֲלוּקָה עֲלוּקָה, (?); cmp. חלק, a. Arab. ʿaliḳ) leech. Ab. Zar. 12ᵇ (סכנת) ע׳ (Ms. M. עַלְקָה; Ar. עַלְקָא) the danger of swallowing a leech in drinking.—Y. Ber. IX, 13ᶜ bot.
