כִּישָּׁרוֹן, virtue, fitness. Num. R. s. 3 (ref. to בכושרות, Ps. LXVIII, 7) בכ׳ אין כתיב כאן וכ׳ it is not written here ‘in fitness’ but bakkosharoth, that means through the merits of noble and worthy women.
