Taan. 10ᵃ עתירה בבל דחַצְדָּא וכ׳ (Ms. M. עתידה … דחצרא) Babylonia is rich because she harvests without rain (independent of rain-fall on account of her canalization). Koh. R. to II, 20; Lev.
