    Pa. - חַמֵּים to warm, heat.—Part. pass. מְחַמַּם. Targ. Hos. VII, 7.
    Af. - אַחֵים to heat, excite, v. חוּם.—2) אַחְמַם to become hot; to have pollution. Nidd. 43ᵃ כל אחְמוּמֵי והדר א׳ וכ׳ getting heated once and again immediately after.
    Ithpa. - אִתְחַמֵּם,
    Ithpe. - אִיחֲמַם 1) to warm one’s self. Targ. Y. II, Gen. XVIII, 1.—Sabb. 110ᵇ כד איח׳ ed. (Ms. M. אַחְ׳, v. supra) when he had warmed himself.—* 2) to restrain one’s anger. Targ. II Esth. V, 10 [prob. to be read: ואִתְחַמַּס, v. חֲמַס; cmp. חֲסַן].
