*אִיקוֹנְיָא I, (pl. of εἰκόνιον) statuary. Midr. Till. to Ps. XV (ref. to Is. XXXI, 9, applied to the Roman empire or emperor) ‘his rock’ זה א׳ this means the statues with the likenesses of the emperors (v. Sm. Ant. s. v. Statuary).
