תִּימַחְתָּא, (מְחֵי), sub. נברא, bark softened by beating and stripping. Ḥull. 51ᵇ ת׳ לא חיישינן (Ms. R. 3 a. Ar. תמהתא; Ms. R. 2 תִּמְחַחְתָּא, v. Rabb. D. S. a. l. note 50); if the animal fell upon soft bark, we do not apprehend internal injury; v. נְבָרָא.
