שַׁמָּשָׁא שַׁמָּשָׁא, c. = h. שַׁמָּשׁ. Targ. Y. II, Ex. XXXIII, 11 (v. מְשׁוּמְשָׁנָא). Targ. Ez. XXIII, 20 ed. Lag. (oth. ed. שמוטא, corr. acc.) prostitute.—Y. Taan.
