R. introd. 32 (ref. to שועת, Jer. VIII, 19) דבור … זעקה ש׳ נאקה this word (שועה) has three meanings: cry, call for help, and anguish (or sigh); ib. רב … לשון פרפור הוא וכ׳ Rab Huna of Sepphoris said, it means writhing in agony of death (with ref. to Ez. XXX, 24, a. Job XXIV, 12); Yalk. Jer. 279.
