קְצוּצְתָּא f. (v. preced. wds.) 1) timber, cut board, plank. B. Kam. 67ᵃ דמעיקרא ק׳ וכ׳ Ms. R. (ed. קְצִיצְתָּא; Ms. H. קְצַצְ׳) before (it was made a trough) it was called plank, and now tsinnora.—Pl. קְצוּצְיָיתָה, קְצוּצְיָיתָא. Ib. 96ᵃ stolen beams עבדינהו קצ׳ (Ms. R. קְצוּצָתָא; Ms. H. קְצַצְיָיתָא) which he cut into planks. —2) (comp. כְּשׁוֹרָא) slice.—Pl. קְצוּצְוָתָא. Gen. R. s. 79 הוה מקצץ … ושדי קְצוּצְוָתֵיה וכ׳ (‘Rashi’, קְצִיצָתֵיה; Matt. K. קְצוּצָתֵיה) he cut a lupine and threw its slices about &c.; Yalk. ib. 133 והוה קצרן … קִיצּוּצְוָתֵיה (corr. acc.)
