פְּסֵיקָה, (פָּסַק, v. Hif. 4) water collected behind a dam, reservoir, pool. — Pl. פְּסֵיקוֹת. M. Kat. 4ᵃ הפ׳ והבריכות וכ׳ pools and ponds which were filled with water on the eve of a Holy Day.
