פִּכְפֵּךְ, (v. פָּכַךְ) to ooze, drip. Tosef. Succ. III, 3 [read:] ר׳ אליעזר אומר והנה מים מפכים מלמד שמים מְפַכְפְּכִין ועולין כמין פי הפך וכ׳ R. El. … says, ‘And behold waters dripping’ (Ez. XLVII, 2), this intimates that in the days to come water oozing out and rising, as if coming out of a flask, will come forth from under the threshold &c., v. פָּכָה. Ib. 11 כך היתה הבאר … מְפַכְפֶּכֶת ועולה וכ׳ (Var. מפרפר) so the well that travelled with Israel in the desert, resembling a rock of the size of a k’barah (כְּבָרָה), bubbled forth and rose, travelling with them up mountains and down &c.
