נָהַל, (b. h.), Pi. נֵיהֵל to quiet, support, lead (v. Del. Proleg., p. 17 sq.). Num. R. s. 12 (interpret. Ex. XV, 13) נֵיהֲלָם בזכות התורה וכ׳ he supported them for the sake of the Law which they accepted, until the sanctuary was erected.
