יָחַל (b. h.; v. חוּל) to hover around, rest on.
    Pi. - יִחֵל, יִי׳ 1) (with (with על) to cause to rest upon. Pesik. R. s. 47 מְיַיחֵל אני … כשם שיִיחַלְתִּי וכ׳ I shall cause my Name to rest upon him (Job) as I did upon &c. —2) (b. h.; to wait for the turn, to wait, trust; to inspire trust; v. יִחוּל.
