בְּעִילָה, (בָּעַל) sexual intercourse. Keth. 3ᵃ שויוה רבנן לבְעִילָתוֹ בְּעִילַת זנות the Rabbis (in this case) have declared his coition (by which he wanted to establish marriage), a mere act of prostitution (annulled his marriage).
