XLIV, 4; 6) בשִׁ"ין כתיב (שַׁגֵּשׁ אותם בדברים וכ it is written with (may be read as) Shin, confuse them with words, now soft and now hard; וכך עשה וישיגם שִׁגֵּשׁ וכ׳ and so did he, vayasshigem, he confused them &c.
