Erub. 100ᵇ דמַרְצְיָא אַרְצוּיֵי קמיה (Ms. M. דמרצי רַצּוּיֵי, read: דמְרַצְּיָא, Pa.) she makes herself pleasant (attractive) to him; Yalk. Gen. 31 דמְרַצְּיָיא רַצּוּיֵיה she tries to please him. —2) as preced.Hif. 3. Ḥag. 14ᵇ דא׳ זאַרְצוּ קמיה וכ׳ he mentions only such a one as discoursed (on theosophy), and before whom others discoursed.
