קְנִישְׁקִין קְנִישְׁקִין, (comp. of קָנֵי, a. שקי) drinking tubes, a cup with tubes for several persons to drink from. Sabb. 62ᵇ (expl. מזרקי, Am. VI, 6) חד אמר ק׳ one authority says, it means ḳ’nishḳanim. Ib. שתה בק׳ וכ׳ he drank from ḳ., and he (Rabbah) did not object to it (as an enjoyment forbidden after the destruction of the Temple). Ab. Zar. 72ᵇ ק׳ שרי it is permitted to drink from ḳ. at the same time with a gentile. ערכים סמוכים
