קֵירוּן, (denom. of קֶרֶן) providing with horns; trnsf. horned animal. Tosef. Men. XIII, 6 הרי עלי ק׳ והביא גמום וכ׳ (not הביא נימוס) if one says, I vow a sacrifice of a horned animal, and brings one whose horns are levelled, or I vow a hornless animal, and brings a horned one (v. גָּמַם).—[קירונין, Lam.
