*קִילוֹנִי, (coloni; cmp. נִימוֹס for νόμος) colonists, citizens of a Roman Colonia (v. Sm. Ant. s. v. Colonia). Num. R. s. 4 נתנו לו מקום … וקראו לו ק׳ לו ולבניו they assigned a place to him, and he built a town and settled there, and they called him and his children coloni for all time to come (gave him the Roman citizenship).
