קְטִיזְמָא קְטִיזְמָא, (κτίσμα) creature, creation. Midr. Till. to Ps. XVIII, 36 בו"ד … ק׳ שלו אלא מזכיר ק׳ וכ׳ ed. Bub. (not קטיגמא) when a human being sets a memorial to his name, he mentions first his name, and then his creation, but not so the Lord, he records his creation first and then his name, as we read (Gen. I, 1), ‘In the beginning created God;’ Gen. R. s. 1 (misplaced and curtailed, v. Ar. s. v. קטיזמא); Tanḥ. ed. Bub. B’resh. 4 קטומה (corr. acc.); ib. 5 הטיומא (corr. acc.); Yalk. Sam. 162 קטיומא (corr. acc.).—Y. B. Kam. V, 5ᵃ top [read:] רשב"ג אומר אומר קְטִיזְמִי היא זו (not קוט׳) R. S. b.
