צִימְרָא צִימְרָא, (צְמַר) heat, fever. Pes. 55ᵇ פרח צ׳ מינה her heat has left her (the breeding hen’s desire to hatch is gone). Ḥull. 51ᵃ צ׳ בעלמא הוא וכ׳ it is merely the fever (from the inflicted wound) that has seized them (and we need apprehend no injury to a vital organ).
