Ib. הרי זו כפ׳ this is as good as an examination; a. fr. —2) divine visitation (for good or for evil), remembrance, decree; use of the verb פָּקַד. Snh. 91ᵇ משעת פ׳ from the moment when it is decreed (what the embryonic germ should grow to be). Pesik.
