פִּיגּוּל, [abomination, unfitness,] a sacrifice rejectable in consequence of an improper intention in the mind of the officiating priest. Zeb. 28ᵃ פ׳ זהו חוץ למקומו piggul (Lev. VII, 18; XIX, 7) refers to the intended disposal beyond the legal limits of space (for eating the sacrifice). Ib.
