נַכֵּי m. (preced.) 1) deduction; less. Gitt. 15ᵇ; B. Bath. 57ᵃ נ׳ ריבעא (the whole) less a quarter, i.e. three fourths (cmp. דַּל I). —2) loss, harm. Y. Kidd. IV, 66ᵇ bot. משם מה נַכְּיֵיה because of ‘what is his loss?’, i.e. because it makes no difference in the law.
