Tosef. Sabb. VII (VIII), 5 האומר מ׳ הרי זה וכ׳ (not האמר) to say marpé is a superstitious practice (v. אֱמוֹרִי). Ib. לא אמר מ׳ מפני וכ׳ did not say m.
