מְקָמָא II, (קוּם; v. יְקוּם; cmp. Gen. XXIII, 17; 20) acquisition, bought object, thing. Y. Ned. XI, 42ᶜ bot. דו יב לה מ׳ טבא when he allows her a good bargain. Cant. R. to VIII, 9 למזבן מְקוּמָא to buy some goods.—Targ. Y. Ex. XXII, 7; 10 מקמתא Ar. (ed. עיסקא; h. text מלאכת).—Gen.
