מַצָּבָה, array, general assembly. Tanḥ. Nitsab. 1 (ref. to Deut. XXIX, 9) מפני מה עשאן משה מ׳ וכ׳ why did Moses call them for a general meeting? Because they were to be handed over from one administration to another.
