Ex. 235 שלמעלן … שלמַטָּן, v. infra). Ḥag. II, 1 (11ᵇ) מה למעלה ומה למ׳ what is above (in heaven) and what is below (in the nether world, Rashi: above the Ḥayoth, below the Ḥayoth, v. חַיָּה). Tosef.
