Kam. 97ᵃ sq. המלוה … על המ׳ ונפסלה המ׳ if one loans money in a certain coin, and that coin was afterwards repealed, נותן לו מ׳ היוצא וכ׳ he must pay him in the present legal coin. Ib. 97ᵇ המלוה … על המ׳ והוסיפו עליו if one loans &c., and the coin was in the meantime made larger (heavier), נותן לו מ׳ היוצאת וכ׳. B. Mets. 45ᵇ, sq., v. חֲלִיפִים.—B.
