כָּפַשׁ, (cmp. כפף) toinvert. מִדָּה כְּפוּשָׁה an invertible measure, a measure containing two uneven compartments separated by the bottom; מדד במדה כ׳ to deal unfairly, v. כְּפִישָׁה. Yeb. 107ᵇ פישון … במ׳ כ׳ מדד לפיכך וכ׳ Pishon … acted unfairly towards his wife, therefore the court dealt with him unfairly (against the rule).—כפושה (sub. אשה) an ungainly woman, v. כְּפִישָׁה.
