*טְרוֹמִיטָא, (τρῆμα, ατος, τρημάτιον) perforation, also eye of a needle; only in (בֵּיצָה) בֵּיצַת ט׳ an egg boiled down to the size of a pill which, on being swallowed by the patient, passes the body unchanged, carrying with it matter which serves the physician for diagnosis.
