חוֹרְבָּה, ruin, ruins, deserted building. Ber. 3ᵃ. Y. Dem. VI, 25ᶜ top אויר חוֹרְבָּתוֹ (if one sells) the space filled with debris belonging to him. Ib. תלוש מן הח׳ וכ׳ break some stones from this ruin by which thou mayest take possession of the space; a. fr. [Arakh. 12ᵃ, v. חוּרְבָּא I.]—Pl. חוֹרָבוֹת, חֳרָבוֹת.
