חֲדָשָׁה I f. 1) fem. of חָדָשׁ. —2) dedication of a new building. Sifré Deut. 229 (ref. to חדש, Deut. XXII, 8) משעת חֲדָשָׁתוֹ וכ׳ (Yalk. ib. 930 חִדּוּשׁוֹ) you must make a battlement as soon as you dedicate it (not delay).
