הַעֲמָדָה, (עָמַד) placing, being placed, appearance. B. Kam. 34ᵃ, a. e. כשעת ה׳ בדין according to the condition of the animal at the time of appearance in court. Bekh. 32ᵇ, a. e. בעי ה׳ והערכה must be placed (before the priest) and appraised (Lev. XXVII, 11). Ib. בכלל ה׳ וכ׳ subject to the law requiring placing &c. Yoma 41ᵇ אה׳ קאי does it refer to the placing of the sacrifice (to והעמידו, Mish. ib.)?—Y. Maas. III, 54ᶜ top ה׳ והערכה (interchanging with עמדה).
