R. s. 15, v. בּוּלִי II. —2) popular gathering, public festival with games (δημοτικὸς ἀγών) given by Emperors or high officials and connected with amnesty; in gen. amnesty, pardon. Y. Ber. IX, 14ᵇ when the king נותן ד׳ grants a general pardon, opp. ספיקולה.—Kidd. 63ᵃ עשה כד׳ הזה act as was done in that public game (Ar. דְּרוֹמוֹס).—Lev. R. s. 29, a. fr. יצא בד׳ he was pardoned. Gen.
