    Pa. - דַּיֵּיךְ same. Bets. 14ᵃ כי דַיְיכַת וכ׳ ed. (Ms. M. דייקת … דוק) when thou poundest (on a Holy Day), bend the mortar sideways and pound.
    Af. - אָדֵיךְ (cmp. דעך) to extinguish. Kidd. 81ᵃ אתו כ"ע לַאֲדוּכֵיה Ar. s. v. אדך (missing in ed.) people came to put the fire out.
