רוּנְקֵי, (Chaldaism; רוּק II, with anorg. נ; cmp. רוֹקֵן) the contents of a pot upturned and emptied on a flat vessel to cool off. Kel. II, 5 מפני שהיא הופכת עליו את הר׳ (Var. in R. S. הרומקי, read: הרוקמי, v. infra) because she (the cook) inverts the contents of the pot on it (the lid); Tosef. Kel. B. Kam. II, 5 הרוּקְמֵי (cmp. רֵיקָם).
