צִילָא, (preced. art.) clear. B. Mets. 40ᵇ ניחא ליה בצ׳ he prefers clear wine (without dregs).—Fem. צִילְתָא. Yeb. 113ᵃ sq. אי דעתא צ׳ היא וכ׳ Ar. (ed. צילותא) whether his mind is at all times equally clear (though weak) or &c. Gitt. 70ᵇ התם דעתא צ׳ היא וכ׳ (ed. צילותא) there his mind was clear, only that weakness befell him, opp. שגישתא.
