    Nif. - נִפְגַּשׁ to meet; to wrestle, fight. Deut. R. s. 11 נִפְגַּשִׁתִּי עם המלאך וכ׳ I wrestled with the angel and defeated him; אתה נִפְגַּשְׁתָּ וכ׳ thou didst meet the angel in thy territory; Yalk. ib. 951 פָּגַשְׁתִּי, פָּגַּשְׁתָּ.
